Public Mood and Position of Ukrainians in Marking Their Resilience in the Realities of a Protracted War (regional differences)

The article actualizes some significant aspects of the social reflection of Ukrainians (social mood and their self-assessment of their living conditions) in marking their possible resilience, which are specified under the conditions of a protracted war in Ukraine. The study of these segments as one of the sources of social attitudes is important for the study and construction of such an integral latent feature as resilience – as a component of the integral feature – national resilience. Based on sociological and socio-statistical data, their two-dimensional comparison, the object was separately studied by two independent characteristics (variables) to obtain additional parameters of the sides of human reflection, its characteristics and identify the relationships between them in the aspect of: satisfaction with one’s position in society, one’s life, assessment of more important life priorities/values, assessment of living conditions in Ukraine, the term of planning one’s life, feelings about one’s future, satisfaction with the events taking place in the country now, the most urgent challenges for today. Based on this, interregional differences (according to the new proposed criteria for distinction, according to proximity to the theater of military operations and its social challenges) in the indicated aspects of human reflection are identified and shown.
