Між дипломом і навичками: неформальна освіта як адаптивна стратегія в умовах невизначеності

Стаття присвячена соціологічному осмисленню неформальної освіти як адаптивної освітньої стратегії в умовах війни, цифровізації та нестабільності ринку праці. У центрі уваги перебуває трансформація соціальної функції освіти: від переважно інституційної траєкторії здобуття диплома до більш гнучкої логіки набуття навичок, перекваліфікації та індивідуальної адаптації до невизначеності. Теоретично стаття спирається на підходи соціології освіти, концепції навчання впродовж життя, освітньої мобільності та нерівного доступу до освітніх ресурсів. Емпірична частина має пошуково-аналітичний характер: Google Trends і Google Scholar використовуються як ілюстративні цифрові індикатори суспільної та академічної видимості теми. Дані Google Trends свідчать, що суспільний інтерес до неформальної освіти частіше виявляється не через саму експертну категорію «неформальна освіта», а через практичні запити, пов’язані з онлайн-курсами, безкоштовним навчанням, англійською мовою, програмуванням, цифровою грамотністю та штучним інтелектом. Дані Google Scholar, своєю чергою, демонструють, що в академічному полі ця проблематика частіше описується через ширші категорії дистанційного навчання, освіти дорослих і навчання впродовж життя. Наукова новизна статті полягає у поєднанні концептуальної рамки адаптивної освітньої стратегії з аналізом цифрової видимості неформальної освіти у суспільному та академічному просторах. Зроблено висновок, що неформальна освіта в сучасній Україні є не лише додатковим освітнім форматом, а й важливим механізмом соціальної адаптації, професійної гнучкості та водночас потенційним простором відтворення нових нерівностей. Окреслені тенденції підкреслюють необхідність переосмислення державної освітньої політики та інтеграції неформальних практик у загальну стратегію повоєнного відновлення людського капіталу України.
